Mi Power Bank Boost Pro Features and Specifications

Xiaomi's latest power bank features a 30,000 mAh lithium polymer battery and is capable of charging up to three devices simultaneously, in addition to the high charging capacity, the “new” accessory comes with an option for charging with up to 18W of power.

It has three outputs, one Type-C port, and two Type-A ports. With its two USB Type-A ports, the new power bank compatibility extends to 5V/2A, 9V/2A, and 12V/1.5A charging, allowing users to connect and charge most devices, including phones, fitness bands, smartwatches, tablets, and more.

Also, this power bank provides support for Power Deliver 3.0, which means it supports Type-C to Type-C charging. As for the output ports, it has 2 ports, one is Micro-USB and the other is Type-C. This means that you can use Micro-USB or Type-C cable to recharge this power bank.

The Mi Boost Pro Power Bank 30000mAh is currently available in a black color option with an anti-skid finish. If you talk about the charging of the Mi Power Bank Boost Pro, then it comes with a maximum support charge of 24W. This means the power bank supports fast charging for recharging and can fully charge in under 7.5 hours(24W PD charger) and 10 hours (18W charger). It has smart power management which is for low power charging. You can turn it on by pressing the power button twice. Xiaomi says that 16 layer advance chip protection has been given in it.

Significantly, Xiaomi says in its FAQ section that users of Mi Power Bank Boost Pro will not be able to take it on board. "The Mi Boost Pro has a 30000 mAh large battery, which is not allowed on domestic and international flights," Xiaomi said.

How does Xiaomi work in crowdfunding?

Xiaomi has set a target of 5000 units for its Mi Power Bank Boost Pro, which will be announced successfully only after that target is reached. If a buyer has supported the crowdfunding project but the company does not complete it on the given timeline, then the company refunds the entire money to the buyers. Buyers can also cancel it before the product is shipped out.

It is worth remembering that Xiaomi also has other alternatives of portable chargers in its line, such as the Mi Power Bank 3i, which has options of 10,000 or 20,000 mAh.
